Our services range from confidential counselling and support in reporting incidents of discrimination to awareness-raising and prevention measures.

Have you experienced or witnessed anti-Semitic attacks? The Anti-Discrimination Officer will be happy to advise you and, if necessary, refer you to an external, specialised contact point for individual counselling. She is a member of the Conference of German University Presidents’ (HRK) Network of Expertise on the Prevention of Anti-Semitism in Higher Education and, as such, has a strong network of other experts. In addition, if you are interested, regular group counselling to promote exchange and personal empowerment can be arranged as a safe space via OFEK e.V.
The Viadrina is a member of the nationwide anti-discrimination network at universities. The network meets at regular intervals to promote the professionalisation of anti-discrimination work at universities by formulating basic standards
