Lively internationality, entrepreneurial spirit and many new ideas - Viadrina alumni met in Berlin

Under the motto "Viadrina connects", Alexander Klebe, graduate and freelance photographer, invited Viadrina alumni - especially individual entrepreneurs, creatives and founders - to a networking event in his photo studio. On 13 November 2025, his Ocean Studio Berlin became a space for exchange, inspiration and new contacts.

Alexander Klebe studied Business Administration at Viadrina from 2002 to 2007 and started his own business while still a student. Two people had a strong influence on his start in professional life: Viadrina photographer Heide Fest, who provided him with his first commissions at university events, and Arne Meyer-Haake from the Viadrina Founders Centre, who supported him with the start-up. He was able to thank both of them with warm words and flowers on this evening. Regarding the aim of the event, he said: "to create a space for everyone who wanted to feel the familiar, informal flair of the Viadrina once again." And he summarised: "It was an evening in which new perspectives became visible, which we shape together and stories that we carry forward together - an evening full of little aha-moments, new contacts and genuine solidarity." It was also an evening that gave an insight into very different career paths that began at Viadrina.
