Submitting a third-party funding notification

Researchers at Viadrina who wish to acquire third-party funding from external funding institutions must submit a third-party funding notification ("Notification of the intended acquisition of a research or third-party funded project") for their project application.

This must be submitted and fully approved before an application is submitted. This procedure is based on the Guideline for the handling of third-party funds at the European University Viadrina Foundation.

The notification of third-party funding is submitted digitally via Formcycle. You can find the form under the following link:

The third-party funding notification is examined by various institutions (Dean/Head of the institution, Department of Finances, Chancellor, President). Therefore, please remember to submit your notification in due time, i.e., at least two weeks before the planned application with the funding institution.
