Division 1: Student Affairs

The Division of Student Affairs is home to the Admissions Office, the Registration Office and the Examination Office. Together with the Service Point, we offer a comprehensive information and support service for students. Applicants and students should first contact the Info Point (by phone, email or in person at the Coworking Space) with any concerns and will then be forwarded to a competent contact person if required.

Division 2: Human Resources

The Division of Human Resources is responsible for Viadrina employees. Any questions, such as electronic certificates of incapacity for work, business trips, forms, the job ticket, personnel costs, circulars, further training, job advertisements and time recording will be clarified by the employees of the HR Division.

Division 3: Finances

The Division of Finance is responsible for the administration of all funds available to the university, purchasing and the management of research and development projects, contract research and other third-party contributions. The preparation of business plans, quarterly reports and annual financial statements as well as cost and performance accounting are also part of its remit.

Division 4: Central Services (Facility Management)

The Division of Facility Management is responsible for room planning, the organisation of special events and technical instruction. It also manages the post and photocopying office and the Guest House. Locksmith services and other services (repairs, waste disposal and cleaning) also fall within the remit of the department.
