COIL@Viadrina: Redesigning teaching and learning
In the project "Learning and Teaching Together - A German-Ukrainian University Network (LTT)", funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) with funds from the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR), innovative formats such as COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) are used to strengthen cooperation between teachers and students at Viadrina and Ukrainian partner universities. These include:
- Ukrainian Catholic University of Lviv (UCU)
- V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Business School (KNUK)
- National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA)
- Kyiv School of Economics (KSE)

Planned formats within the project:
- Discussion groups (COIL Learning Community)
- COIL network meetings
- Interdisciplinary skills development for students: digital writing workshops, peer feedback formats
- International Task Force for the coordination and further development of the project
- Online conference on COIL
- Publications and guidelines relating to COIL; publication of project results as OER
