Healthy Viadrina
Occupational health promotion and health management at the Viadrina is a structural cross-sectional task in the Equal Opportunities Department.
The aim is to take a holistic view of all stakeholders and individuals at the university as well as their health resources and ways of coping with health risks in a strategic process. The aim here is to establish health-promoting action in the organisational culture.

- Vaccinations / occupational health check-ups

- Internal and external networking and counselling
All employees can take advantage of one working hour per week for preventative measures. Further information on this can be found in the service agreement part II on the introduction of occupational health management or can be obtained in person from Romy Orthaus.
