Allocation of remaining places for stays abroad EU and non-EU

From approx. 12 February 2026

• The list of remaining places for the 2nd round will be released: approx. 12 February 2026.
• Deadline for the 2nd round: approx. 26 February 2026, 11:59pm.

Once the list of remaining places has been published, the application portal will be reactivated and you can apply again for a semester abroad.

All information on the procedure can be found on our application pages.

Your applications should include the following information, that need to be uplouded in the application portal:

• List of at least 1 and max. 5 priorities for the desired stay abroad, stating the desired semester (winter semester 2026/27 or summer semester 2027)
• Letter of motivation (max. 1-2 pages, including courses that you wish to take at the desired partner university)
• CV
• Summary of grades
• Proof of language skills
• Certificate of enrolment (current semester)

From 7 April 2025 10:00 - "First come, first serve"

The list with the remaining places for the third round will be released on 4 April 2025. From 7 April 2025, 10:00, you can apply for a semester abroad via the so-called "First come, first serve" procedure.

Below you will find the lists of pertner universities with the remaining places for the application start of the third round.
Applications are possible from 7 April 2025, 10:00, by e-mail to outgoing-application@europa-uni.de.

Your applications should include the following information:

• List of at least 1 and max. 5 priorities for the desired stay abroad, stating the desired semester (winter semester 2025/26 or summer semester 2026)
• Letter of motivation according to the new standards, see application for a stay abroad
• CV
• Summary of grades
• Proof of language skills
• Certificate of enrolment (current semester)
