ViaRunning

Running enthusiasts from the city and surrounding region are cordially invited to the ViaRunning charity run on Wednesday, 20 May. The starting signal for this year’s four-kilometre run will be given at 6:15 p.m. at the bridge to Ziegenwerder behind the Gräfin-Dönhoff Building of the European University Viadrina. Participants will meet on the cafeteria terrace, and the route will consist of two laps around Ziegenwerder Island. Afterwards, everyone is invited to round off the evening with live music, drinks and a barbecue.

Registration is open until the day of the run and can be completed either online or directly on site.

Participation in the run is free of charge; donations are welcome. As every year, all donations will go to the organisation Studienförderung Passo Fundo e.V., which enables talented young people in Brazil, Kenya and Malawi to pursue university studies.

The ViaRunning charity run is organised by students under the supervision of Viadrina economist Prof. Dr Georg Stadtmann.
