Practical information
The conference venue is the beautifully restored historic Logensaal, housed within the landmark Logenhaus building at Logenstraße 11, 15230 Frankfurt (Oder).
Located in the very centre of Frankfurt (Oder), the venue is within easy walking distance of hotels, restaurants, and the city’s main points of interest. Thanks to the city's compact layout, participants can comfortably reach all conference-related locations on foot.

Train
Frankfurt (Oder) is well connected to the German and Polish rail networks. Regular regional and long-distance trains provide convenient access from major cities such as Berlin, Poznań, and Warsaw.
Traveling from Berlin is particularly convenient, with the regional RE1 train providing a direct connection to Frankfurt (Oder) in just one hour.
Travel from Poland is also possible by the Berlin-Warszawa-Express (BWE), which operates several times a day between Warsaw and Berlin, stopping in Frankfurt (Oder).
The conference venue is only a short 10-minute walk from Frankfurt (Oder) Central Station, offering easy access for participants arriving by train.
Airplane
The nearest international airport is Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), located approximately 80 km from Frankfurt (Oder). From the airport, the city can be reached easily by train, bus, or car.
Car
Frankfurt (Oder) is accessible via the A12 motorway, which connects Berlin with the German-Polish border. The city offers direct road connections and ample parking facilities for visitors arriving by car.
