Effective Use of AI in International Offices – Exchange with Partner Universities

One of the highlights of the programme was a keynote speech by Prof. Dr Charlotte Köhler, Vice-President for Digitalisation at Viadrina. She spoke on the topic of “AI & Digital Transformation at the University: From Fundamentals to Responsible Practice”. A workshop led by Franziska Liebetanz, Head of the Center for Teaching and Learning (ZLL), focused on the responsibilities facing universities in the age of AI. Participants were able to try things out in practice during a workshop led by Klaudia Kazana from the ZLL on AI prompts that can be useful in the day-to-day work of international offices at universities.

The programme for the Staff Training Days was developed in collaboration between the Division of International Affairs at Viadrina, the German-Ukrainian University Network and the ERUA University Alliance.
