Green Lentil Dish with Turkish Bulgur (Vegan)

Preparation:

  1. Put the expurgated and washed lentils and bulgur to the pot and add enough water to cover it (about 3 cups). Continue until the lentils and bulgur are completely drained (softened).
  2. In the separate pan, cook chopped onion for 3-4 minutes with olive oil, then continue, adding the black pepper.
  3. Finally, pour the onion mixture over the rice and lentils and blend it together.

Serve hot.

Little Tip: You can serve it with pickled cucumber or Greek Tzatziki! :)
