Couscous | Yassine
Couscous is a typical Moroccan dish. It is traditionally served in a large plate in the middle of the table. While eating with family and friends, people talk about the day and spend time together. Since Yassine is now in Germany, he misses this tradition. That is why he has learned to cook Couscous according to his mother's recipe. Normally couscous is served with chicken. Yassine changed his favourite recipe to a vegetarian version, which he is highly satisfied with. With Yassine's couscous recipe, you will dive into the Moroccan kitchen.
