About me:
I have been a member of the contact point since it's creation in 2021 and built it up. Before that, I was a trainer for intercultural learning. Now I am the Chief Gender Equality Officer at the University. I am also a trained mediator.
In my work, I mainly deal with discrimination against people on the basis of their gender or gender identity. In doing so, it is important to me to also take other experiences of discrimination and life circumstances into consideration.

About me:
I have been working at Viadrina since 2013. I teach German as a foreign language at the Language Center. I have been an active member of the Anlaufstelle since 2023. I bring experience from political education work and work on the prevention of sexual violence in schools.

About me:
With my legal education, I have already worked in several positions at the university. Within the scope of my current task in the "Staff Office Diversity" I work with great empathy against discrimination and for an appreciative interaction at the Viadrina. With this motivation, I have become a member of the contact point and am very confident that I can support you with advice and action - also with the expertise of other partners.
