What is it about?

The weekend writing retreat is for BA, MA and PhD students of all disciplines who are about to write a thesis or have already started.
Over 3 days, participants are provided with a learning environment in which they can write their thesis. Together we regularly exchange information about the difficulties and successes of the writing process.

What is a writing retreat?

The purpose of a writing retreat is to provide studentss with uninterrupted time to write in a supportive environment, so they can make progress on their final thesis. Most of the day is spent on writing, with scheduled discussions to brainstorm solutions to writing problems, develop drafts, engage in research-oriented conversations, and provide feedback on ongoing writing.

When and where?
Online from Thursday, April 18th, to Saturday, April 20th.

What are the requirements?

• You are enrolled at the university at Ukrainian universities
• You are in the final phase of your studies (BA, MA or PhD) and are writing your thesis.
• You have sufficient English and Ukrainian skills
• You are ready to actively participate in at least 75% of the sessions.​
