Doctoral college archive

Doctoral scholarships at the Center for Interdisciplinary Polish Studies promoted research on Poland and assisted young scholars in their academic career. PhD projects were funded based on innovation and scholarship in cultural studies (broadly defined), law and/or economics, and which have a thematic relation to Poland.

The first phase of the CIP doctoral college was funded by the state of Brandenburg. Starting July 2012, funding for the Center's first doctoral students was assumed by the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation.
