In the case of requests not listed here and that need approval, an informal application must be submitted (sample informal application).

| Placement in a higher semester of the BA Cultural and Social Studies based on previous academic performance (when changing from another university or due to an internal change of study program at the Viadrina) |
The procedure is divided into two steps: 1. Request for placement (before the enrollment)
2. Request for recognition (after the enrollment)
