WHAT ARE THE LECTURES ABOUT?
The topic of the lectures varies in each lecture. To get a broad overview, please see the programme.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO VOLS?
NO - You can just come by and join any of the lectures of the series.
DOES IT COST MONEY?
NO - Participation is free of charge.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
You can participate in two different ways:
AS A REGULAR PARTICIPANT
Feel free to join the lectures, to discuss, and to connect with others who are interested in the topic. As there is no application requirements you can take part in the lectures every Wednesday from 4 to 6pm
AS A LECTURER
Are you a professor or an academic, who is interested in giving a lecture? If you have an academic background and are interested in giving a lecture within a future edition of the VOLS, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities of holding a lecture with you.
DO I GET CREDITS OR A PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE?
NO - Unfortunately, VOLS does not give credits or certificates for participation. If you are interested in visiting courses for credits, please find further information from the project Welcome@Viadrina.
WHAT IF I MISS A LECTURE?
NO PROBLEM - Past lectures will be available online soon.
