European University Viadrina endeavours to take account of the needs of students and applicants with disabilities and chronic illnesses and to assist them in the application process, to participate fully in a study programme and to complete it successfully. This website provides you with basic information on accessibility at the European University Viadrina. To meet your personal demands in the best possible way, however, an individual consultation with the counselling team is recommended.


The counselling team – anchored in the department for strategy and development – assists the prospective and current students who face challenges and obstacles in academic studies due to a chronic illness, physical and psychological disabilities (or rather, due to the ableism).
