Stressful situations while studying, anxiety, or depression? Psychological challenges do not pass unnoticed in times of Corona. Therefore, our psychological counsellors are still available. While face-to-face exchange is pausing until further notice, telephone and email services can still be contacted.

Psychological counselling at the Viadrina

The psychological counselling center is currently available. Appointments can be made by email via zoom or telephone. The consultation hours by telephone are Tuesdays 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Please send requests via email to psychberatung@europa-uni.de.

On a regular basis the Central Student Advisory Service publishes information on a balanced lifestyle and on mindfulness in its blog "Mindful Monday”.

Student counselling in the twin city

The student pastors are also available via email and telephone. In addition, the Ecumenical Student Community (ÖSAF) in Frankfurt (Oder) and the Catholic student community PARAKLETOS in Słubice are developing an online program to bridge the corona pandemic. Further, the community intends to cooperate with the Protestant student communities in Berlin, Potsdam and Cottbus.
