VCGS Funding Guides

In order to facilitate your research regarding funding opportunities for your PhD, the VCGS provides two funding guides: one for doctoral researchers from EU member states and one for doctoral researchers from non-EU countries.

The funding guide for doctoral researchers from EU member states first presents full scholarships, then partial scholarships, followed by mobility grants for Germany and foreign countries and by support grants.

The funding guide for doctoral researchers from non-EU countries gives an overview of scholarships offered by the Viadrina, the "Begabtenförderwerke" and foundations, and funding opportunities related to mobility.
