Students who are registered as residents in Frankfurt (Oder) will be able to reduce living costs for the first semester::
The Lord Mayor of Frankfurt (Oder) will pay the tuition fee for you first semester including the semester ticket; 204,84 € in total. Please note that you have to be registered with the local registration office in Frankfurt (Oder) for a minimum period of 3 month to get the semester fee refunded.

If you are renting a flat at a local flat renting company you are going to pay only 50% of the regular rent until the end of your study period.
