Support for Conferences

The Viadrina Center for Graduate Studies regularly provides funds for self-organised conferences of doctoral students.

The programme enables groups of doctoral students to present their research projects and findings to the academic public and discuss them with invited German and / or international scholars. The conferences or workshops are organised by groups of doctoral students according to the customary scientific standards and take place at Viadrina. The Viadrina Center for Graduate Studies provides advice and logistical support if needed.

The call for applications for 2011 is already closed. There will be a new call for applications in this programme in 2012.
