All workshops are based on a combination of theoretical input and practical exercises. Topics offered include: intercultural communication, mediation and negotiation. Discussions and exchange are very important elements of these workshops because of the interactive idea behind it. Unfortunately, there is only little time for theoretical implementation because of the interactive focus of the one day-workshops. . The main aim of these one-day workshops is a first intercultural sensitizing. The methods applied comprise culture simulations, role plays, critical incidents, world cafés as well as exercises from fields like mediation, Betzavta, tolerance trainings and diversity trainings.
