The Center of Intercultural Learning has developed many activities which are designed for the acquirement of the intercultural competence especially for students. Please find the current schedule for the summer term 2010 on the homepage of the Career Center under trainings.
InterViadrina – experience interculturality on-site!
The Europe-University Viadrina is a place which ensures intercultural exchange and learning. Our university is an ideal surrounding for the development of intercultural competences due of its unique location, the high percentage of exchange students and its multinational orientation of most of the degree programs.
The CIL offers a program which invites students of all specializations to deal with interculturality on-site. All activities are designed in that way that all participants may train their intercultural and communicative competences.
Elements of the program:
- intercultural trainings in German and English (culture-general)
- intercultural trainings (main focus: Germany-Poland)
- workshops on negotiation techniques and mediation methods
- diversity trainings
- preparation for exchange stays abroad
- educational trainings for employees
